AI literacy and the AI Act
Organisations that use AI have to make sure their staff are AI literate. We train by role, hands-on, and measure before and after, so you can show where you stand.

Now
Since 2 February 2025, organisations that use AI have to make sure their staff have a sufficient level of AI literacy (Article 4 of the AI Act). What is sufficient depends on the role, and a list of who clicked through a module shows little.
With Data Booster
Each role gets the level it needs, practised hands-on. A skill assessment before and after shows what people can do, so you have something to show.
AI Fundamentals for everyone. How AI learns, where its limits are and where it pays off in your work.
Responsible AI where the risk is. People learn to spot where AI creates risk, and what to do about it in their own work.
Measured per role. The Skill Growth Assessment measures before and after, on the same framework, so you can show where each group stands.
