Live workshops

Some things don't fit in a self-paced course. A leadership team that has to agree on what AI means for them. A department that has to start working with AI next week. That takes time together in the room.

A live workshop lasts from three hours to two days: facilitated, hands-on learning, run in the room by two Data Booster facilitators. It works on its own, or as the live start or high point of a longer program.

Hands-on, with your tools. Participants work on their own laptops, in the tools they use every day, on exercises built around cases from your organization. Where real data can't leave the building, we build realistic dummy data around your situation.

For a group that has to move together. A leadership team, a group of directors, a department about to start working with AI. Everyone hears the same thing at the same moment and leaves with the same way of working.

1. Intake: who is in the room, what they need to be able to do afterwards, and which cases from your organization we build on.
2. Build the day: a timed run of show, exercises on your cases and the slides, all ready before anyone walks in.
3. Run it live: short blocks, and a worked example on the screen before each new tool, then everyone hands-on. Every exercise says how long it takes and what you will have at the end.
4. Measure and follow up: a feedback form at the end of the day, and Live Booster sessions afterwards to apply it to real work.

OTP banka brought 43 people together for two days of live AI workshops, among them six board members and about thirty directors, followed by three Live Booster sessions. They recommended the workshop at 8.7 out of 10.
