Platforms, data and AI tools only pay off when people work differently. We start from your transformation goals, translate them into the data and AI literacy your people need, and build the skills and the behaviors to get there. In phases, over years rather than one project, with growth you can prove and benchmark.
We start from your transformation goals and translate them into the capabilities your people need. Data and AI literacy as the prerequisite, business impact as the end goal.
Courses and labs built on your own use cases, data and tools. Hands-on experimentation that builds skill and confidence, so people can apply it the next day.
A baseline before we start and repeated assessments as we go. Growth you can prove, benchmarked against other organizations.
Every course runs on your use cases, your data and your tools, in your own branded environment. It connects to your LMS and to Teams, so the program sits inside the working day. The platform carries the logistics. Your people carry the change.

Microsoft Power BI, n8n, Tableau, Collibra, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot run inside the exercises, so people work in the tools they use every day and can apply it the next morning. And we come to where they already are: the program connects to your LMS and to Teams, so it sits inside the working day rather than next to it. We develop behaviors, not just knowledge.

We design the program with you: data & AI personas, skill mapping and learning objectives tied to the business goals you are actually chasing. We baseline skills before we start and re-measure as we go, so growth is visible and benchmarked against other organizations. And it runs in phases: a first wave of cohorts to prove it works, then scale, then hand-over. Internal champions and a data & AI community keep it alive, so new joiners grow into the same framework from day one.

No. It can be one customized training for a single team, a one-day workshop for a leadership group, or a multi-year academy for an organization spread across countries. The method is the same, only the scope changes. Most organizations start with one persona group and one clear use case, then expand once that lands.
There is no rate card, because the scope sets the price: how many personas, how many countries and languages, and how much you switch on around the training itself. After one scoping call you get an estimate, with example content and references from comparable programs, concrete enough to put into a budget round.
No, and waiting is the more expensive option. Hold off until the data landscape is clean and the program slips by years while the tools keep arriving anyway. It also works the other way around: people who understand what they are recording, and why, get ownership, definitions and data quality in place faster. Capability building and governance move in parallel, not in sequence.
The tools you already have. Exercises run in Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Tableau, n8n and the rest of your stack, so nobody waits on a license or an approval round. Copilot agents can come along as a separate module, and the program connects to your LMS or LXP, including Degreed, Workday and Studytube.
Both happen, and the difference matters. Open enrollment reaches the people who are already motivated; enrolled cohorts reach the group you actually need to move. Most programs run as cohorts with a kickoff, a champions network and booster sessions for one-on-one coaching, so people start together and keep going. That is where the completion rates come from.
We run a skill assessment before the program and repeat it as it runs, against the same framework, so growth is measured rather than self-reported. That baseline also lets you group cohorts by level before day one. Across our programs it comes out at 21% average skill growth with a 79% completion rate, benchmarked against other organizations, and learners earn certificates and badges per completed track.
