Data & AI persona
Reads and interprets data for decisions, and uses AI tools responsibly.
Data & AI Users are the broad workforce. They use data and AI in their daily work but do not build it: they read dashboards and reports, work with AI assistants, and interpret what others have made.
What they need is confidence. Confidence to question a number before acting on it, to recognise when a chart is misleading, and to use an AI tool without either avoiding it or trusting it blindly.
This is the largest persona in almost every organization, which makes it the foundation of any data & AI literacy program. It is also the group where a small skill increase multiplies across thousands of everyday decisions.
Every track is built on your own tools, data and use cases, and delivered cohort-based so people practice with each other instead of clicking through modules alone.
User is the entry level of the framework and the largest group. Many Users grow into Data & AI Builders once they start turning insight into action themselves — building a dashboard, running a small analysis, designing an AI workflow for their team.
At first I thought it was going to be very technical, but it became very easy to follow and actually made me realise I use AI more than I think.

Most organizations run all three in parallel: the whole workforce moves at once, each group on the skills their own job needs.
