Effective Prompting for Everyone

Everyone in the organization now works next to a language model, and the difference between a frustrating answer and a genuinely useful one is almost always the prompt. In this course you'll learn to write prompts that get you there in one or two turns instead of ten. You'll practise giving a model the context, the role and the format it needs, checking its answers for the mistakes it typically makes, and building a small set of prompts you reuse every week. By the end you'll be able to hand any recurring task in your own job to an AI assistant with confidence.
