Courses built on your work, not on someone else's examples

Courses built on your use cases, your data, your tools.

Data Booster training session

Most training fails on relevance. People watch a video about a fictional retailer, close the tab and go back to their actual job. We build the course around that actual job.

What it is

A customized course is a full learning track — theory, hands-on exercises, assignments — built on your business problems, your data, your tools and your metrics. Your dashboards. Your terminology. Your edge cases. We use narratives set inside your own organization, because that is what keeps people reading past slide three.

Learners practise in a sandbox with your tools loaded in, and get AI feedback on what they produce in the exercises. Everything we build or adapt stays maintained for as long as your licences run, and is transferable as SCORM if you ever want to take it in-house.

How it works

  1. Discovery — we sit with your subject-matter experts and learners and collect the real challenges people run into, per persona. Reckon on roughly two SME hours per hour of finished content.
  2. Design the track — which skills, in what order, at what level, tied to the behaviours you want to see.
  3. Build hands-on — exercises in a sandbox with realistic scenarios and, where possible, your own data and dashboards.
  4. Iterate — a test group runs the content first, learners rate every exercise, and we adjust between cohorts.

Why this works

  • Real use cases from your own organization, not a fictional case study
  • Hands-on practice, not just theory
  • Skills people can apply the next day
  • Learning that sticks, no tickbox training
