Data & AI persona
Turns data insights into results and designs AI products and workflows.
Data & AI Builders work with data on a day-to-day basis, but they are not in a data role. They deep-dive into the data to find insights that raise revenue or lower cost, and they mainly do that in business intelligence and analytics tools.
Their advantage is domain knowledge. They know how the business actually works, which is exactly what is needed to spot a worthwhile analytics or AI opportunity — and to recognise the ones that will never survive contact with reality.
Builders are the bridge between the User group and the data specialists. When this persona is skilled, ideas reach the data team already sharpened, and AI pilots start from a real problem.
Depending on the tools your teams work in, we add hands-on tracks such as Tableau, Power BI or SQL. Exercises run on your own data and use cases, so what people build during the training is usable afterwards.
Builder sits between Data & AI User and the data specialist roles. Users grow into Builders when they start producing insight instead of only consuming it. Builders who move into leadership need the Data & AI Leader skills: culture, portfolio choices and risk.
The practical exercises were among the strongest parts of the programme. They turn the course from a learning experience into an enablement experience.

Most organizations run all three in parallel: the whole workforce moves at once, each group on the skills their own job needs.
