Know where your people stand — and prove they grew.

“Our people need to be more data-driven” is not a target. A score per persona, per team, measured twice, is.
The Skill Growth Assessment is our measurement instrument for data & AI capability, built on the Data Booster Data & AI Skills Framework: 21 skill domains and close to a thousand defined skills, grouped into recognizable personas.
Learners answer case-based questions written for their own day-to-day context — no trivia. Everyone gets a score on a 0–300 scale and a proficiency level, per skill domain. Around a third of the score reflects confidence rather than knowledge, because someone who knows the answer but doesn't dare act on it hasn't changed anything yet.
A 0-measurement before the program starts shows where each persona actually stands. Repeating it during and after makes growth visible — and shows where it isn't happening. Results are benchmarked against other organizations that ran the same assessment, so the number means something outside your own walls.
Individual results stay confidential. Only aggregated group data goes to leadership, so the conversation stays about growth and not about who scored what.
22% average skill growth
At PGGM, 80% of colleagues were certified within four months across 500+ learners, with case-based questions written for the PGGM context and benchmarks against other organizations. At Jaarbeurs, 350 learners in four persona profiles grew 16% on average.
