This summer we kicked off the SHV Energy Data & AI School — our largest partnership to date. Up to 6,000 employees across countries including the Netherlands, Italy and Brazil will be equipped not just to use AI tools, but to understand them, question them, and put them to work with confidence.

Our biggest partnership yet

We couldn't be more excited and proud to announce our partnership with SHV Energy. Together we've launched the SHV Energy Data & AI School, and Cohort 1 is already underway.

This is not a standalone training initiative. It sits directly inside SHV Energy's Strategy House, anchored in their global AI strategy towards 2028. As Paulo Rodrigues (CDTO) put it at the kick-off:

When we approved the AI School, we were not approving a training program. We were designing one of the mechanisms that makes SHV Energy's global strategy executable. The School empowers the company's people to excel with AI, and that's what our approach to AI sets out to achieve.

Built around what drives real adoption

The ambition is significant: up to 6,000 employees across countries including the Netherlands, Italy and Brazil. It is the human factor pillar of SHV Energy's three-pillar AI strategy — the piece that ensures their investments in technology actually translate into how people work every day.

The program is built around what we know drives adoption:

Just getting started

Cohort 1 is under way. The program was built in co-creation with SHV Energy's own AI leadership — Hiroshi Maeda, Paulo Rodrigues, Danielle Rainha, Rishita Jones and Navid Ardakanian — and that shows in the content: the cases are theirs, the data is theirs, and the questions are the ones their people actually have.

This is our largest partnership to date, and it is just getting started.
