M365 Copilot Agents

Microsoft 365 Copilot comes with built-in agents that go far beyond simple chat, and Researcher and Analyst are two of the most powerful. In this course, you'll learn how to work with the Researcher agent to investigate complex questions across your emails, documents, and the web, and how to use the Analyst agent to interrogate data, spot trends, and generate insights through reasoning rather than manual analysis. You'll practice framing the right prompts, guiding each agent toward a useful output, and knowing which agent to reach for depending on the task at hand. By the end, you'll be able to confidently apply both agents to real questions from your own role.
