More than a job
We're a fast-growing edtech company bringing data & AI skills to everyone — trusted by Just Eat Takeaway, ING, Skyscanner, Rabobank and PGGM, with a 79% completion rate (≈6× the industry standard). As a Senior Course Developer you'll do two things: own the design and quality of our Data & AI courses (~70% of your time), and stay hands-on as a practitioner at the forefront of corporate AI adoption (~30%) — the person who knows what actually works inside enterprises.
A typical week: you architect a learning track, run a client discovery workshop, deliver a live Booster session, review and coach a junior's module, and pressure-test our curriculum against what actually works inside enterprises.
What success looks like: after 6 months you own the design and quality bar for a track and run client discovery solo; by 12 months you've shaped multiple flagship programs, mentored the juniors around you, and are a go-to voice on enterprise AI adoption.

What you'll take care of
- Own the design and architecture of Data & AI courses — from Generative AI and Prompt Engineering to Data Visualization and Responsible AI — and guard their quality
- Run client discovery workshops: translate business transformation goals into course outlines (our Design → Develop → Transform approach)
- Deliver live, in-person AI literacy coaching (Booster sessions) alongside our self-paced content
- Project-manage course development end to end: scoping, planning, coordinating SMEs, designers and video editors, shipping on time
- Stay hands-on as a practitioner — Microsoft Copilot (M365, GitHub, license tiers), Claude for Work, Gemini for Workspace — so our curriculum reflects what actually works inside enterprises
- Mentor junior developers and set the quality bar across the team

- Fluent in English and Dutch
