DataDinners 2026: agentic AI, adoption and the data underneath

We Co-Hosted DataDinners 2026: Amsterdam Edition

On 24 June, Data Booster co-hosted DataDinners 2026 in Amsterdam together with DataMinded: an evening for data and AI leaders who wanted to move past the slide decks and into the real conversations. Most organizations are no longer asking whether to invest in AI. The harder question is how to make it work: how to wire AI to data platforms, governance structures, and the people who use them every day. That is what the evening was built around. Fifty senior data leaders joined for talks, roundtables and dinner at Amsterdam Roest.

The program

Doors opened at 16:00 with a walk-in and appetizers, with talks from 17:00.

  • AI adoption — several talks on the people side of AI, including Data Booster with Just Eat Takeaway on what it takes to go from isolated experiments to an organization that builds AI capability systematically.
  • Agentic AI in practice — a case on using agentic AI to unlock knowledge buried in documents.
  • Agentic AI at scale — a practitioner's view on what is real, what is hype, and which foundations need to be in place first.

After the talks everyone split into small, moderated roundtables on the topics that mattered most to them — from AI-ready data infrastructure and governance to LLM infrastructure and data product thinking. The evening closed with a three-course dinner, where the formal program ended and the real conversations started.
