Active nudging, so nobody quietly drops off.

Every program loses people in week three. Not because the content is bad, but because something urgent came up and nobody noticed they stopped.
Learner engagement is the operational layer that keeps people moving, and we staff it: Learner Engagement Specialists who follow progress per learner, per cohort and per team, and step in the moment it stalls. Reminders and personal messages. Input for managers so they can raise it in a 1-on-1. Reporting per team, per department, up to ExCo level where that's what it takes. Plus the lighter stuff that works better than it should — leaderboards, learner of the week, XP, small competitions in the team channel.
It is the unglamorous part of the program and the single biggest reason our completion numbers look the way they do.

At PGGM, through kick-off, Teams cohorts, manager 1-on-1s and active nudging, with progress monitored up to ExCo level.
Thank you for launching a great program! It is already a success with loads of positive feedback from stakeholders and coworkers.
