One-on-one, on a problem you actually have

One-on-one help from practitioners, where it matters most.

Data Booster training session

Some people don't need another course. They need half an hour with someone who has solved this before.

What it is

Coaching sessions with a Data Booster practitioner, one-on-one or in a very small group. Aimed at the people carrying the most weight in your transformation: champions who need to go further than the program takes them, analysts stuck on something specific, leaders who have to make decisions on data and AI they don't fully trust yet.

You bring a real problem. You leave with it solved, and with the skill to handle the next one yourself. For leadership we run this as a short live track rather than single sessions, because the questions there are usually about judgement and risk, not tooling.

How it works

  1. Match — the right expert for the subject, from analytics to AI to governance.
  2. Bring the case — real work, real data, real deadline.
  3. Solve it together — coaching, not consulting: they do the work, we guide.
  4. Repeat where it pays — as a series for champions, as one-offs where that's enough.

Why this works

  • Directly applicable, because it's their own problem being solved
  • Removes the blockers that stall a whole team
  • Serves levels a group program can't reach well, including leadership
  • Builds capability instead of dependency

In practice

Where a group program can't reach

Used most for champions who need to go further than the program takes them, for analysts stuck on something specific, and for leadership teams — where we run it as a short live track rather than single sessions, because the questions there are about judgement and risk, not tooling.
