Jr. Course Developer Data & AI

We're a fast-growing edtech company on a mission to bring data & AI skills to everyone. We've built one of the world's best hands-on learning platforms and customized programs for organizations like Just Eat Takeaway, ING and Skyscanner — with a 79% course completion rate, roughly 6× the industry standard. As a Junior Course Developer you'll help create the courses and hands-on exercises at the heart of that — from Generative AI and Prompt Engineering to Data Visualization and Responsible AI — learning from senior developers and working with real client use cases from day one. A typical week: you scope a new module with a subject-matter expert, build and test two or three hands-on, in-browser exercises, review a teammate's lesson, and refine content based on real learner feedback. What success looks like: after 6 months you independently build exercises and full lessons that ship to real clients; by 12 months you own modules end-to-end and learners rate your content among the best on the platform. What you'll take care of

Build Data & AI course content, with a focus on hands-on, in-browser exercises
Turn expertise into lessons: shape subject-matter input and rough outlines into clear, structured content
Work with the team — senior course developers, SMEs, designers and video editors — to ship courses on time
Test and refine exercises so they work the way learners actually experience them
Keep learning the tools we teach — Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Gemini — and bring that into the content

What we look for

0–2 years' experience; background in Data/AI, EdTech, L&D, Communication or a related field
Exceptional writing skills: you turn tech-speak into clear, engaging content
Genuinely curious about data & AI and about how people learn
Organized and reliable — you plan your work and hit deadlines
Comfortable taking ownership early in a fast-paced startup
Fluent in English and Dutch
