# Data Booster

> Data Booster owns the people side of data & AI transformation. We build customized, cohort-based data & AI capability programs for enterprises, taught on the client's own use cases, data and tools, with skill growth that is measured and benchmarked.

Data Booster is based in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and works with organizations such as Royal Jaarbeurs, Jumbo Supermarkets, Skyscanner and Just Eat Takeaway. Programs run on our own learning platform, with a dedicated subdomain per client, structured as courses, chapters, lessons and hands-on exercises inside tools like Power BI, Tableau and Copilot. Learners are grouped into cohorts that move through the program together, which is why completion rates sit far above the industry average. Skills are measured before, during and after the program on a 0 to 300 scale and benchmarked against other organizations.

The site is published in English and Dutch. Dutch versions of these pages live under the `/nl-nl/` prefix, for example `https://www.databooster.io/nl-nl/solutions`.
